René Bazin letters to commandant and to Messieurs les membres de Conseil de Revision, 1913 July 17 and September 19.

Bazin informs the commandant of his son Louis's address in New York and describes Louis's physique and interest in horses, presumably in regard to his possible military service. Bazin petitions the Conseil de Revision for a one-year delay in military service for Arnaud Hallouin, a young man in Bazin's employ who had been experiencing ill health.
